School of Arts and Letters

The School of Arts and Letters is one of the two pillars of the liberal arts at The College of St. Scholastica, the other being the School of Sciences. As such, the School of Arts and Letters is the center of liberal learning for the College, offering courses in art, communication, history, languages, literature, music, philosophy, theatre, and theology. It also offers interdisciplinary programs in women's and gender studies, American Indian studies, and Catholic studies. The School of Arts and Letters is home to over 40 faculty members with diverse and impressive academic credentials.

Keystone majors include English, history, journalism, languages and international studies, advertising and public relations, and communication.
