The College of St. Scholastica

St. Scholastica offers a finance major and minor that will prepare you to work in three main areas: financial management, investment, and financial markets and institutions. Our finance programs feature small class sizes taught by our dedicated faculty. They have extensive real-world experience in finance and will offer you one-on-one guidance as you build your academic and career plans.

Even as you study the latest best practices in the industry and learn about up-to-the-minute news and events, you’ll be solidly grounded by your overall liberal arts curriculum and the College’s Benedictine values. Ethical decision making is a fundamental part of all coursework in the Stender School of Leadership, Business and Professional Studies.

Our alumni have gone on to careers as actuaries, financial analysts, fund managers, marketing analysts and more.
