Fall 2014 commencement is set for noon Saturday, Dec. 13, in the Reif Gymnasium. It will be a combined baccalaureate, master's and doctoral ceremony with 536 candidates for graduation.
A total of 365 bachelor's degrees, 135 master's degrees, and 36 doctoral degrees will be awarded. Prior to commencement, there will be a 9 a.m. Mass in Our Lady Queen of Peace Chapel on campus, followed by a graduation brunch in Somers Lounge from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
The College of St. Scholastica String Orchestra will perform during the event, and Duluth Police Chief Gordon Ramsay, a St. Scholastica alumnus, will give the commencement address.
The St. Scholastica Alumni Association will host a reception for graduates and their guests right after the ceremony in Storm's Den in Tower Hall.
