The College of St. Scholastica Athletics Department has named its latest class of Hall of Fame inductees.
On Friday, Oct. 3, in the Reif Gymnasium at the Burns Wellness Commons, six individuals will be inducted into the 2014 Hall of Fame Class.
Being inducted this year will be the college's first-ever varsity head coach and Athletic Director in the late Del Genereau. One of Genereau's players is also being inducted in former men's hockey player Randy Norgard. Norgard becomes the fourth men's hockey player inducted.
Jeanne Fleck will become the third women's cross country runner inducted into the hall of fame. Women's Basketball will have its second induction as Jen Quale receives the nod. For the first time softball will be represented in the hall of fame as Chris Lorentz will be inducted. The final inductee will be men's soccer's Neil Runbeck as that sport is represented for the second straight year.
