Enrollment Deposit

Pay any time after acceptance. International students must pay a $500 enrollment deposit. This deposit will be applied to tuition at the start of the semester.

Scholarships

The College of St. Scholastica awards merit-based scholarship funds (Benedictine Scholarships) to students based on the evaluation of their application and accompanying materials (i.e. secondary school transcripts, grades and cumulative GPA).

Scholarship terms will not be changed once a student arrives on campus. The scholarship is renewable for up to three additional years or until receiving a bachelors degree as long as you maintain full-time enrollment status and Satisfactory Academic Progress.

St. Scholastica Global Grant

In addition to the Benedictine Scholarship, all international students will be awarded a $1000 St. Scholastica Global Grant.

St. Scholastica Supplemental Global Grant

A Supplemental Global Grant will be awarded contingent upon the student living in on-campus housing for the entirety of the time they spend pursuing their first undergraduate degree at St. Scholastica. This grant, in combination with the Benedictine Scholarship and the St. Scholastica Global Grant, will equal 80% of tuition.

As required by INS (Immigration and Naturalization Services) regulations, international students must demonstrate that they have access to adequate money to pay for their educational expenses. A tuition deposit is required before the issuance of the I-20 form, which is required to secure a visa to enter the United States.

American students who apply from abroad are not eligible for these special international scholarships but instead should apply for special programs available only to U.S. citizens.
