Final exams will be given in the same room in which the lecture component has been held, unless the assigned faculty is otherwise informed by the Academic Records and Registrar’s Office.

Fall 2024 Final Exam Schedule

Fall Semester Final Exams will be held December 16-19, 2024.

Evening courses that meet only once a week at 5 p.m. or later will meet for final exams at 6 p.m. on the regular meeting day during finals. All courses not covered by this schedule will meet for final exams on a day and at a time set by the course instructor in consultation with the Academic Records and Registrar’s Office.

Spring 2025 Final Exam Schedule

Spring Semester Final Exams will be held May 5-8, 2025.

Evening courses that meet only once a week at 5 p.m. or later will meet for final exams at 6 p.m. on the regular meeting day during finals. All courses not covered by this schedule will meet for final exams on a day and at a time set by the course instructor in consultation with the Registrar’s Office.

Replacement diplomas are ordered through a diploma company. We do not keep copies on site. Please allow 4 to 8 weeks for processing and delivery. You may place a replacement diploma order online. The cost is $50 for all diplomas and certificates. Additional fees apply if you select priority shipping.

Diploma Information

The College of St. Scholastica includes the following information on diplomas:

• • Name
  • Degree awarded
  • Conferral date
  • Honors earned (if applicable)

Diplomas do not indicate minor or concentration. These details are recorded on the official transcript. Bachelors, Masters, and Certificate diplomas are printed on 8 x 10” paper and Doctoral diplomas are printed on 8.5 x 11” paper.

Diploma Name

Your name will appear as it did when you graduated. If your name has changed and want your order to reflect the change please provide a copy of your valid drivers license (front and back) or other legal document containing proof of the new name. Also, indicate if you would like the name change reflected in your official records.
