Exploring Women’s and Sexuality Studies

Through the Women’s and Sexuality Studies minor, you will learn from disciplines including history, religious studies, anthropology, sociology, psychology, art, and literature in global and multicultural contexts. The program encourages critical thinking about content like women and sexuality and how it relates to current issues and events.

Through an interdisciplinary approach built on a liberal arts foundation, you will gain new perspectives on masculinity, femininity, and the complex experiences of being human. Select from a diverse range of elective courses on topics such as women and religion, dance and culture, sociology of health, and global feminisms.
