After I'm Accepted ...

Congratulations ... you have been accepted to St. Scholastica!

So, what's next? Before you begin taking courses at the College, there are a few steps to complete. 

  • Complete the Decision Response Form in your application portal.
  • Complete the advising form that is emailed to you so you can register for classes. If you did not receive one, please email Brenda Panger at
  • Receive your scholarship letter in the mail.
  • Receive your financial aid award letter. The award letter will also include information on understanding your award letter and next steps for completing financial aid.
  • Look up your CSS username and password.
  • Using your CSS username and password, access your CSS email account.
  • Using your CSS username and password, log into my.CSS, our student portal.

Here are some optional areas to review before enrolling at St. Scholastica:

On-campus housing is available to transfer students as space is available. If you are interested in living on campus, you'll need to complete a housing contract. You will receive information on accessing the housing contract upon completion of the intent to enroll form.

Almost everyone qualifies for some type of financial aid. To find out whether you do, you will need to fill out a "Free Application for Financial Aid" (FAFSA).

  • Complete the FAFSA (or Renewal Application) online
  • The St. Scholastica school code is 002343
  • A FSA ID is required to complete the FAFSA. Request a FSA ID.
  • Changes in information for a processed FAFSA can be done online or by calling the Federal Processor at (800) 433-3243.
  • More information is available through the Office of Financial Aid.

Join us for an Orientation session to learn more about St. Scholastica and meet other students joining our community. Attending an Orientation is recommended but not required.

Tuesday, Aug. 10

Students who are born in 1957 or later and who are enrolled in a Minnesota College are required by the state of Minnesota to provide the College with evidence of immunizations. Visit Student Health Service to see what immunizations and forms are required. If you have questions, please call Student Health Services at (800) 447-5444 ext. 6282 or 723-6282.

You will need to provide proof of health insurance or opt in to receive student health insurance. To show proof of insurance or opt in to student health insurance, visit the OneStop checklist in my.CSS.
