These are policies that recipients must meet to receive Financial Aid from The College of St. Scholastica.

Data Release
St. Scholastica shares FAFSA data only with the student’s consent and for approved financial aid purposes.
Electronic Disclosure
Financial aid notifications and disclosures are provided electronically, with paper copies available upon request.
Federal Pell Grant Recalculation
Pell Grant amounts may be adjusted based on your enrollment status at a set point each term.
General Eligibility for Undergraduate Students
Students must meet academic, enrollment and citizenship requirements to qualify for financial aid.
Minnesota State Grant Recalculation
State grant amounts are determined by your enrollment status on a specific date each term.
Repeated Courses
Financial aid can cover one repeat of a previously passed course. Additional attempts won’t count toward aid.
Satisfactory Academic Progress
Students must meet GPA and credit completion standards to maintain financial aid eligibility.
Verification
Selected students must submit additional documentation to confirm their FAFSA information for aid eligibility.
Withdrawal
Withdrawing from courses may result in financial aid adjustments or refunds based on timing.
