Conference and Event Services

Whether your need is a conference setup with breakout rooms; a board meeting with coffee service or a lounge area for brainstorming new ideas, we have the facilities and capable staff to serve you! Housing accommodations may be available June through mid-August. The College of St. Scholastica's Conferencing Services department will manage these services related to a meeting:

  • Site selection and negotiation
  • Food and lodging arrangements
  • Meeting room set-up and AV
  • Campus directional signs

Meeting reservations are scheduled year round and often we can accommodate your group with as little as two months lead time. Conference reservations are accepted year round, with most conference groups scheduling a year prior to their conference. A non-refundable deposit is required.
