B.A. Natural Sciences

Fast Facts: Natural Sciences Major

  • A good choice for those who want a very general science education — students are prepared for an array of entry-level positions in the natural sciences
  • Not intended for majors who are interested in pursuing graduate work in chemistry, biochemistry, mathematics, or biology; majors are offered in these areas
  • Students can work with the School of Sciences Dean to design a program that fits their needs — combining Natural or Social Sciences with writing, computer courses or general management, for example
  • St. Scholastica was named on the list of Top 200 schools for Native Americans pursuing degrees in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) by Winds of Change magazine
