He has extensive administrative experience and was at the forefront of strategic planning projects at Chestnut Hill and St. Bonaventure, including development of Chestnut Hill's plan to become a model inclusive institution.

Upon accepting this appointment he remarked, "It is a blessing and a joy to be joining President Geary and the College community at this exciting and exceptional time in St. Scholastica's proud history. I appreciate greatly the College's mission, values, vision, and commitment to inclusive excellence. I look forward with enthusiasm to working collegially with all members of the community to assist in the realization of ambitious academic and institutional goals."

Dr. Natter will assume his duties on June 19.

I am grateful to the VPAA Search Committee Chair, Dr. Karen Rosenflanz, and all the members of the search committee for their outstanding work and the many hours of service they contributed to the process. The Committee approached its work with integrity, dedication to excellence, open and honest communication, and faithfulness to our Catholic Benedictine values and heritage.
