Shape the Future of Patient Care

Clinical preceptors are the cornerstone of Physician Associate/Assistant (PA) education. Through St. Scholastica’s Clinical Preceptor program, you will guide and help build competence and instill the values of empathy, professionalism, and collaborative care in our future PAs. By sharing your time, expertise, and real-world experience with our students, you will help shape the next generation of providers who will carry forward a legacy of excellence in patient care.

If you’re passionate about mentoring and making a lasting impact, we invite you to become a clinical preceptor. We look forward to connecting with you!

Making a Lasting PA Impact

Guided by our Benedictine values, The College of St. Scholastica’s PA Medicine program’s mission is to educate PA students within a comprehensive, interprofessional, and innovative curriculum. Our graduates are prepared and equipped to meet the diverse healthcare needs of our region, specifically rural, and medically underserved communities.

Training the Next Generation of Rural Healthcare Leaders

At the heart of our program is a strong commitment to rural medicine. All students participate in a curriculum, knowledge, skills, and experiential learning, specifically designed to prepare them for the unique challenges and meaningful opportunities of working in rural and underserved communities.

Through diverse clinical rotations across a wide range of disciplines and healthcare settings, our students gain the comprehensive knowledge and adaptable skills needed for broad-scope practice. This hands-on experience equips future providers to deliver high-quality, compassionate care where it’s needed most. Sign up to become a clinical preceptor!
