You may not be taking classes, but you're still eligible for many of the same benefits as when you were a student. We welcome you to come back and take advantage of the perks of being a St. Scholastica alum!

Digitized Scriptorium and Cable student newspapers

Search the College Archives to view the Scriptorium from 1932 to 1969 and the Cable student newspaper from 1977 to 2001. Please review system requirements carefully before entering the database, as there is certain computer software and hardware to run the database properly.

All St. Scholastica Alumni and their families are welcome to return for Reunion Weekend and stay on campus for a special reunion rate. Availability in the suites and apartments is limited. Check the Reunion Summer Housing site for more info!

St. Scholastica E-mail Account, updated as of 1/2021

Alumni, those who completed all degree requirements and earned a bachelor's, master's, or doctorate from The College of St. Scholastica, can keep a CSS email account as long as they log in to change their password at least once every six months. Accounts not logged into for six months will be locked. Alumni wishing to access a locked account can contact us to confirm their identity. Then, once approved we will work with IT to unlock the account. We are unable to provide a new account if the alum has an existing account that is locked.

All locked accounts will be purged after six months. Once an account is purged, it is gone forever and cannot be reinstated. If an alum re-enrolls in any program, a new account will automatically be created for them, but their previous data and content will be gone.

For Alumni who graduated prior to 2011, please contact the Alumni Engagement Office to request an email account be created.

College of St. Scholastica Library Access

Alums can use items in-house at the College Library and check out up to five St. Scholastica Library book items at a time with no annual fee. Please bring a photo ID to the Library to help with the check out process.

Please note:
Alumni cannot continue to use our online databases after graduation; our license agreements do not permit this kind of access. Minnesota residents can access some of the databases we use through the Electronic Library of Minnesota (http://www.elm4you.org/). Many other states have similar programs.
