The College of St. Scholastica

When you make a gift to The College of St. Scholastica, your generosity changes the lives of our current and future saints.

Gifts from alumni, parents, friends, and partners enrich the lives for our students. Gifts from our community fuels facilities enhancements, scholarships, faculty development, student-faculty research and much more—a wonderful reflection of our Benedictine value of Community.

Working to build relationships among The College of St. Scholastica community members, the Office of College Advancement encourages financial support to advance the college’s mission of preparing young people for engaged lives of citizenship and leadership in the service of society.

Alumni Resources

Our vision is to involve the greatest possible number of alumni by offering opportunities to connect and remain engaged with the College and each other.

Give to CSS

Help students prepare for a lifetime of responsible living and meaningful work. Giving ensures current and future generations of Saints have the same opportunities and experiences you had and more!

Foundation and Government Relations

The Foundation and Government Relations (FGR) office works with faculty and staff pursuing grant opportunities, manages the College’s relationships with funding agencies; monitors grant administration, stewardship and compliance; and guides government relations and advocacy efforts. The College typically receives about $5 million annually in grants; federal and state grants comprise about 80% of that total and the balance is from foundation grants.

College faculty and staff may not solicit funds from foundations, corporations, or government agencies without involving FGR staff. This is to prevent duplication of efforts and submission of concurrent proposals to the same funding agency.

Interested in Grants?

Foundation and Government Relations staff are here to support and guide CSS employees through the grant-seeking process and the lifecycle of grant awards. We also ensure that grant projects align with the College’s values and are managed effectively. Contact any of us or stop by Tower 1412 if you are interested in pursuing a grant.
