Women's Soccer - vs. University of Mary
Saints, Univ. of Mary finish deadlocked after double overtime

After 90 minutes of regulation play and two 10 minute overtime periods, the outcome was still not decided as the Saints and Lady Marauders had to settle for a 1-1 tie.
U.Mary was first to score, in the 19th minute on a penalty kick. They carried that 1-0 lead into the half, hoping they could keep a Saints team that had scored nine goals just the day before, in check.
And for much of the second half the Saints weren't able to generate much offense - only 1 shot on goal wich was saved by the visiting keeper.
Late in the game, though, Jen Seip ran between two defenders and gathered a one-touch pass from Keely Raab who'd chipped it over the defense. Seip made a single move then beat the keeper, burying her shot in the left side of the net for the tying goal. The play was set up and began with a steal and perfect pass from Becky Fisher who received an assist on the Seip goal.
The rest of the game Saints goalkeeper Kristin Lammi kept the visitors at bay. On the day she registered 11 saves, and in the two OT periods she totalled 5 saves.
