Tough loss for Saints at UW-River Falls
In a match that saw UW-RF take 29 shots on the way to a 5-0 shutout victory over the Saints, Coach Reyelts still feels the defense is getting the job done.
St. Scholastica mustered 8 shots but simply couldn't hold possession long enough allowing longer offensive stretches for River Falls, hence, more shot opportunities. Keeper Kristin Lammi certainly stood tall in goal with 13 saves on the 18 shots on goal from UW-RF, and the defense turned play back upfield often. The Saints are just in a bit of an offensive funk that they'll need to break out of to turn things around.
