Women's Volleyball - vs. UW-Superior
UW-Superior ends Saints win streak

The Saints had won nine games in a row within a three-match win streak before their match at UWS. They even won game one in the match but the streak curmbled after that.
UWS took the second game of the match ending part of the win streak, but the Saints bounced back for a game three victory and a 2-1 lead in the match, one game victory away from extending their match win streak to four. With their backs to the wall, UWS rebounded themselves and won the next two games for a come from behind 3-2 win over the Saints.
St. Scholastica received offensive production from Ashley Hanson (18), Diana Moody (16) and LeAnn Berscheit (13) as all three were in double figures in kills for the match. Moody was a match co-leader in service aces as both she and UWS' Molly Ray each registered 4 aces.
Defensively, LeAnn Berscheit was the match leader in blocks with 2 solo blocks and 5 block assists. Five Saints were in double figures for digs led by Moody's 22 and Natalie Ristow's 21.
The difference in the match for the Saints may well have been their successful attack percentage in their game wins versus games losses. In games one and three, Saints wins, the team's attack success rate was .322. In games two, four and five, UWS wins, the Saints mustered only a .170 success rate.
