H. Patrick Weir Jr., Esq.
Mr. Weir is an attorney with the Vogel Law Firm in Fargo and Bismark North Dakota and Moorhead, Minnesota. He practices in the areas of Wrongful Death, Personal Injury, Product Liability, Mass Torts and Civil Litigation. Mr. Weir has also been an adjunct instructor at the University of Minnesota, Moorhead. Mr. Weir received his undergraduate degree from the College of St. Scholastica and his law degree from the University of Denver College of Law. Mr. Weir is a member of the American Bar Association, the North Dakota Bar Association, the Cass County Bar Association, the North Dakota Trial Lawyers Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association.
