Dr. Stephan is an infectious diesease specialist at St. Mary's Duluth Clinic in Duluth. He received his bachelor of arts from Hamline University in St. Paul, MN, and his doctor of medicine degree at the University of Minnesota of Medicine in Minneapolis. He completed an internal medicine residency and infectious diseases fellowship at Wilford Hall Medical Center, Lackland Air Force Base, TX. He has served as staff physician of the section of Infectious Diseases with the SMDC Health System since 2003. He has 13 publications in medical journals, 12 abstract articles, 18 lectures on various topics and eight cases of clinical research.
