What if I have tuition assistance through my employer?
Many companies offer some form of company tuition assistance which is a wonderful part of any employee's benefit package. The College of St. Scholastica offers the FACTS plan which allows you to defer your tuition expenses that are covered by your employer. For a $45 annual fee, you can have your personal checking or savings account automatically debited 30-45 days following the end of the term. This gives you time to receive your grades and to submit them to your employer for reimbursement. Your account is then debited for a specified dollar amount that you have coordinated with our Student Accounts office.
