How To Apply 1. Complete the Application: - Apply online or print the pdf version of the application form
- Submit $25 application fee or waiver obtained during a campus or high school visit (only if completing pdf or paper copy of application)
***Effective March 15, 2007, when you provide a check as payment, you authorize us either to use information from your check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account or to process the payment as a check transaction. For inquiries please call the College of St. Scholastica Business Office at 1-800-447-5444 or 723-6092. When we use information from your check to make an electronic fund transfer, funds may be withdrawn from your account as soon as the same day you make your payment, and you will not receive your check back from your financial institution. - ACT or SAT scores (if not on high school transcript)
- Use code 2098 (ACT) or 6107 (SAT) when registering for exam to have scores sent directly to us

- Official post-secondary transcripts (if applicable)
- Have all transcripts mailed to the address listed above.
- If ACT or SAT scores are not on the official high school transcript, then you must have an electronic score sent, or make a copy of the official notification and send it to the Office of Admissions.
***Review Advanced Placement or International Baccalaureate exam scores/course equivalencies (if applicable). 3. Acceptance: - Once all of your credentials have been received and reviewed, you will be notified of your admission status within three weeks.
***Admissions Requirements The College of St. Scholastica admits qualified students from diverse cultural, geographical, economic, religious and racial backgrounds. Applications are evaluated based on information that demonstrates an ability to succeed both academically and socially at St. Scholastica.
Admission is granted on the basis of graduation from an accredited high school or its equivalent (GED), an acceptable Calculated Index Score (CNX) and participation in leadership, extra-curriculars, community service, church and other personal enrichment activities. The CNX is calculated using the cumulative high school grade point average and the composite college-bound test score on the ACT or SAT.
Applicants who do not meet the established admissions requirements may be considered for Special Status admission. Special Status applicants are accepted for fall semester entry only. Special Status documentation must be submitted for review by March 1.
