The College of St Scholastica requires the following information in order to allow a student to work on campus or through the St. Scholastica student employment program.

• Fed I-9 form
• Federal W-4 form
• FERPA tutorial
• CSS Direct Deposit form

We will need you to bring in certain forms of identification to complete the I-9 form (Employment Eligibility Verification). A link to a complete list is available below.

Common forms of acceptable identification are:

• Passport (not required if you have the other ID's listed) OR
• Driver's License or school ID with photograph AND
• Social Security Card (original-not photocopy) or certified copy of your birth certificate
• Complete list

We will collect the above forms in the Financial Aid Service Center (T-1118), and view your documentation at that time. If you do not have the above identification, please call our Financial Aid Service Center (1-800-447-5444) to inquire what other forms of ID would be acceptable.
