Online Registration Tips:

1. Know your Registration time

Registration times are given in order of credits at CSS. Graduate students/Seniors register first, juniors, sophomores, and finally freshmen. After all current students have the opportunity to register, new students and non-degree seeking students are allowed to register for courses.

2. Know your Alternate Pin

Your faculty will give you this number at your advisement session. Please remember this number until the start of the semester. This number will allow you to add/drop classes during winter break.

3. Know Banner Web

Banner Web is the system you use to register online. For complete instructions follow the instructions below:

1. Click on the Banner Web icon on the top right corner of the CSS Homepage.
2. Enter your ID and password
3. Click on Student Services and Financial Aid
4. Click on Registration
5. Click on Add/drop classes
6. Select a term (2008 Spring Semester)
7. Enter Course Registration Numbers (CRN), a five digit number located below the course listing on the web. Each spring CRN begins with a '6'.
8. Make sure you save/submit the CRN numbers once finished.
