Behind a 20-hit attack, the Saints pummeled Cazenovia (N.Y.) College 33-3 on Thursday morning in the opening game of a doubleheader against the Wildcats in Fort Pierce, Florida.

Fourteen different Saints batters picked up at least one hit in the game and produced 27 RBI in the one-sided slugfest.

Blake Eller had a 3-for-4 day with five RBI and three runs scored. His younger brother Grant finished 1-for-2 with a homerun, four RBI and also scored three runs.

Other multi-hit games came from Steve Kraushaar (2-3, 2 runs, 2 RBI), and Kyle Wojtysiak (2-2, 3 runs, 2 RBI). Jake Gaub added three RBI for the Saints.

Eric Hagen took to the mound for his first start of the season and picked up the win.

St. Scholastica improved to 6-3 with the victory while Cazenovia dropped to 0-4.
