Men's Basketball - vs. UM-Morris
SAINTS WIN THIRD IN A ROW WITH DEFEAT OF COUGARS

The Saints completed an undefeated road trip with their 74-69 win over Minn.-Morris early Saturday evening, stretching to three a win streak that began with their demolition of Crown College at home on January 13th.

The first game of their western swing over the weekend began with an overtime win at Presentation College on Friday evening.

Keeping the momentum going, four Saints reached double-figures in the win over Morris led by a game-high 20 points from both Will Maupins and Brady Zubke. Maupins recorded his fifth double-double -- and second in a row -- as he also pulled down a game-high 10 rebounds. Zubke finished with seven boards tying his season high.

The Saints were able to keep Morris off their game with pressure defense that caused 13 turnovers, five blocked shots, and eight steals. The Cougars shot under 40 percent from the field while the Saints fared better at nearly 47 percent.

The win boosts St. Scholastica's season record to 7-9 overall and 4-1 in the UMAC while Morris drops to 3-12 and 1-4.
