Women's Soccer - vs. Presentation College
CSS OVERWHELMS PRESENTATION IN SOUTH DAKOTA

For the second straight game, the Saints pasted an 11-0 win on an opponent.

Away from the friendly confines of Public Schools Stadium and its smooth field turf surface, the Saints pounded out 35 shots on goal, scorching the grass at Presentation College in a Saturday afternoon conference match-up.

St. Scholastica held Presentation without a single shot over the entire game while winding up for 52 themselves, with 11 of the 35 on frame getting past the tired, beleaguered keeper.

Robin Johnson scored a hat trick for the second game in a row and with an assist, picked up her second straight seven-point game.

Three other Saints had multiple-goal games. Senior Nikki Seguin, who'd been scoreless until netting her first goal of the season in the Saints' last game, picked up two more in the win over Presentation. Fellow senior Keely Raab also scored twice. And sophomore Kristen Stangel's pair of goals was the first multi-goal game of her collegiate career.

Another sophomore, Michelle DeBoer, scored in the 82nd minute to record her first collegiate goal.

The Saints totally dominated Presentation, not allowing even a corner kick by the host Saints.

On the season, conference leading St. Scholastica (11-1-1, 8-0-0 UMAC) defeated Presentation twice, outscoring them 18 to zero.

Saturday's win extends the Saints' winning streak to nine and their unscored upon streak to four games.

St. Scholastica will stop off at Minnesota-Morris on the way home from South Dakota for a Sunday afternoon UMAC match-up with the second place Cougars.
