Women's Volleyball - vs. Cornell (Iowa) College
SAINTS CLOSE OUT WEEKEND WITH WIN OVER CORNELL
The Saints finished their weekend at the Clarke (Iowa) College Invitational with a 3-1 win over Cornell (Iowa) College on Saturday afternoon.
After dropping game one by a 26-30 score, the Saints rebounded to take the next two game by four and three points, then overpowered the Rams in game five, 30-18, to capture the match.
After four matches at the Invitational, the Saints bring home a 2-2 record with victories over Cornell and the host school.
Sophomore Shawna Varichak was named to the All-Tournament team, her first al-tournament honor this season.
