*Closed noon-1 p.m. daily. No Health Services available during school breaks, holidays, and summer.

Appointments: All visits and personal information are confidential. Appointments are preferred and can be scheduled by calling 723-6282. Walk-ins are always welcome, but there may be a waiting time. Appointments to see Nurse Practitioners must be made in advance. A Nurse Practitioner is available M,T, & Th mornings 8 - noon and Wed. 8 - 4 by apppointment.

Emergency and After Hours: For all campus emergencies dial 911. When Health Service is closed, contact the campus operator at 723-6000 to have a Residential Advisor paged. After hour care locations.

Eligibility & Services: All undergraduate students and graduate students in OT, PT, and EXP programs enrolled in at least 9 credit hours of classes pay a $83 health fee per semester. Any other student may choose to pay the health fee and be entitle to the follow services:

  • Registered nurse evaluations for illness and injuries
  • Nurse Practitioner appointments (office visit billed to insurance.)
  • Over-the-counter medications
  • Gynecological examinations (office visit billed to insurance.)
  • Physical examinations (office visit billed to insurance.)
  • Health screens.
  • Hepatitis A & B, Meningitis, and Tdap (Adacel) vaccines ( billed to insurance.)
  • Free use of crutches, slings, ice packs and other medical supplies.
  • Lab testing including STI and pregnancy tests. (Some billed to insurance.)
  • Free Mantoux skin tests.
  • Free Flu shot.
  • Health and wellness education and information.
  • Management of medical records and immunizations.
  • Physical Therapy consultation by appointment.
  • Mental health assessment including eating disorders and depression. (By appointment with a Nurse Practitioner, billed to insurance)
