Clinic Access Fees
Fee Policy

Part of the mission of the Occupational Therapy Clinic is to provide a community service to individuals who may not otherwise be eligible for occupational therapy services, who are uninsured or underinsured, who have limits on their insurance coverage or who have chosen to supplement their existing therapy services. In addition, it is part of the mission to provide supervised opportunities for occupational therapy students to work directly with individuals with a variety of diagnoses. In order to achieve our mission the clinic charges a "clinic access fee" rather than a "fee for service" and not the customary market rates for occupational therapy service.

The clinic access fee represents a portion of the cost for services rendered and is non-refundable. The clinic does not access third-party reimbursements such as insurance, Medicare and Medical Assistance.

The fees to access the clinic services listed below represent a part of the cost for services rendered and are nonrefundable.
