 The College of St. Scholastica will again have a presence at the Minnesota State Fair - and you can help.
We will have a booth in the Education Building. The fair runs 12 days, from Thursday, Aug. 23, through Monday, Sept. 3 (Labor Day). The booth will be open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. The purpose of our appearance is to raise our visibility to the state-wide audience that attends the fair, some 1.4 million people. We want two or three volunteers in the booth at all times. We're inviting faculty, staff and alumni to participate. We will work four-hour shifts beginning at 9 a.m., 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. daily. Sign up by using our online volunteer sign-up form. Besides the fun of meeting many fairgoers interested in St. Scholastica, you'll get: - free admission to the Fair
- and a T-shirt made for the occasion.
