DEXDelta Epsilon Chi (DEX) is an international organization that prepares students for a wide variety of careers. It is known as DECA at the high school level where many students begin their career exploration, but continue it on through DEX during their college careers. The emphasis at the college level remains within the business and management related areas. Membership is open to all college students. Delta Epsilon Chi focuses on: - Leadership

During the past three years several CSS students have won Minnesota DEX competitions and were eligible to compete at the national level. These students successfully competed and placed in the top 10 tier of their categories.
