The Grove Apartments were built in 1972 as the first on-campus apartments. Originally six buildings, the Grove are now three separate four-plex buildings. Every apartment is at ground level, and residents have appreciated the accessibility. With a sort of retro taste, the Grove apartments are spacious and quite affordable.
