Summer Housing
Summer housing applications are now available in the Residential Life Office. The summer season begins May 22 and ends August 12.

CSS Students
Rent for the summer will be $775, including a $50 deposit payable with application. The remainder will be placed on your student account in May.

ALL Non-Students (living with CSS students)
Rent for the summer will be $775 plus a $250 damage deposit. You will be required to pay the entire amount with your application. This deposit will be held for any damages that are incurred during the rental period. At the end of this period, money not used to pay for damages, will be returned.
