Larry Goodwin is the chief administrative officer of the College. He works with the Board of Trustees to build a shared vision for St. Scholastica's continued growth and excellence. With the presidential staff he plans and implements strategies for achieving the vision.

Del Case is the College's chief development officer. He is responsible for the College's annual fund and planned giving programs, the coordination of major gift efforts, and special fund raising activities. He also supervises foundation and government relations, alumni relations and college communications.

Lori Collard is responsible for all aspects of the College's Human Resources functions, including staffing, performance management, benefits administration and compensation. Her primary objective is to assure that the College can hire and retain high quality employees to fulfill its mission and strategy. She also leads the staff training and development function and assures that the College's human resource practices remain legally compliant.

Brian Dalton is responsible for enrollment management and for supervision of undergraduate admissions, financial aid, the registrar, and the orientation program. He works with institutional constituents to formulate and carry out an effective recruitment, enrollment and retention plan. In his role as associate dean, he works with faculty in helping to enhance current programs and to develop new programs that express the College's mission and meet learners' needs.

Beth Domholdt is responsible for leadership and coordination of the academic programs and activities of the College. She oversees faculty staffing, evaluation, professional development and personnel issues, and monitors the quality of undergraduate and graduate programs.

Patrick Flattery is the chief financial officer and treasurer of the College. He is responsible to the president for the overall direction of St. Scholastica's business and financial activities, including information technology and facilities management.

Collette Garrity is responsible for the growth, leadership and coordination of the College's graduate and extended studies programs. Her responsibilities include marketing, enrollment management, budgetary oversight, and the development of new degree and non-degree programming.

Lynne Hamre is the Director of the Information Technologies Department. She leads the College in envisioning and developing a strategic technology plan. She designs, develops, and manages the technological infrastructure that supports the academic and administrative computing needs of the College.

Steve Lyons is the chief student affairs officer of the College. He is responsible for creating an environment that promotes the personal and educational development of traditional, non-traditional and graduate students. This includes student advocacy to the decision-making bodies of the College.

Chandra Mehrotra leads the College's annual Psychology of Aging Institute, a nationally known program promoting research training for psychology faculty. His work related to development and evaluation of new programs and services related to aging has received major support from the National Science Foundation, National Institutes of Health, National Institute on Aging, the Bush Foundation and other agencies.
