Lori Collard is responsible for all aspects of the College's Human Resources functions, including staffing, performance management, benefits administration and compensation. Her primary objective is to assure that the College can hire and retain high quality employees to fulfill its mission and strategy. Brian Dalton is responsible for enrollment management and for supervision of undergraduate admissions, financial aid, the registrar, and the orientation program. He works with institutional constituents to formulate and carry out an effective recruitment, enrollment and retention plan. In his role as associate dean, he works with faculty in helping to enhance current programs and to develop new programs that express the College's mission and meet learners' needs.

Chandra Mehrotra leads the College's annual Psychology of Aging Institute, a nationally known program promoting research training for psychology faculty. His work related to development and evaluation of new programs and services related to aging has received major support from the National Science Foundation, National Institutes of Health, National Institute on Aging, the Bush Foundation and other agencies.
