St. Scholastica offers a variety of student activities for every season, all designed for the community learning experience. Here's just a sampling:

Welcome Weekend

Settle into your dorm, meet your roommate and other new friends.

Activity Fair

The place to discover where you fit or what fits you.

Volunteer Fair

There are many ways to give back. Here you'll learn where to put your efforts.

Homecoming and Family Weekend

Cheer at the football (or soccer, or volleyball) games. Build a parade float. Showcase your hidden American Idol at the talent show and more. Invite your family to share in this three-day celebration.

All-school Christmas Party and Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony

Belt out carols amid holiday trimming and vespers candlelight

Sibling Weekend

A chance to hang out with your brothers and sisters for a couple of days.

Fallfest, Winterfest and Mayfest celebrations

Fun runs, concerts, parties, contests!

Community Day

Once in the fall, and again in the spring, students leave campus for a day of volunteering. More than 600 people participated in our most recent Community Day, including:

  • Preparing meals for individuals in need
  • Helping kids with their homework
  • Conducting mock interviews for high school seniors
  • Reading to elementary school kids
  • Meeting with legislators at the state capitol to advocate for the Minnesota State Grant Program
