Fitness Classes

Getting fit and staying fit is a process - one that can be aided by finding the right activities that meet your skill and interest level. Campus Recreation seeks to provide the right variety of aerobic, strength & conditioning, dance, and mind/body classes to challenge all skill levels. Take advantage of a broad range of fitness classes and activities offered each semester for FREE. Get Fit! Stay Fit!

The Fitness program uses the website for all of our Fitness Class Registrations, Fitness Calendar, Class Descriptions, and Fitness Instructor Bios. All Fitness Participants will be able to view Campus Rec's daily, weekly, and monthly Fitness Calendar and register for any class they are interested in throughout the semester. Your IMLeagues account works for both Fitness and Intramural Sports. We greatly appreciate you pre-registering for each class, however, drop-ins are always welcome but will need to register with the Fitness Instructor before each class session if they have not pre-registered.

IMLeagues has a mobile site as well as the App called REC*IT. Download it REC*IT FREE from the Apple or Google Store and have the Fitness Class and Intramural Sports schedules at your fingertips.
