Fitness Classes

Getting fit and staying fit is a process - one that can be aided by finding the right activities that meet your skill and interest level. Campus Recreation seeks to provide the right variety of aerobic, strength & conditioning, dance, and mind/body classes to challenge all skill levels. Take advantage of a broad range of fitness classes and activities offered each semester. Get Fit! Stay Fit!

Fall Fitness Classes begin the Week of September 15th with most classes running for 12 weeks.

* New in 2014 *

For 2014, the Fitness program is joining the Intramural Sports program in using the website for all of our Fitness Class Registrations, Fitness Calendar, Class Descriptions, and Fitness Instructor Bios. All Fitness Participants will be able to view Campus Rec's daily, weekly, and monthly Fitness Calendar and register for any class they are interested in throughout the semester. If you already have an IMLeagues account for Intramural Sports, then you're all set. We greatly appreciate you pre-registering for each class, however, drop-ins are always welcome but will need to register with the Fitness Instructor before each class session if they have not pre-registered. 

We have some fun and exciting classes to offer this fall along with an occasional special event each semester. We hope you enjoy our Fitness Classes as much as we like teaching them.

Have you ever wanted to know exactly when all of the Fitness Classes are offered here at CSS? There's an App for that. IMLeagues has an app called REC*IT that you can download FREE from Apple or Google Store and have the Fitness Class schedule at your fingertips.
