  2. Enter your access Code:  CSSWELLNESS
  3. Watch for an email from support@mywelltrack.com to confirm your account
  4. You are now logged in and ready to begin
  5. MoodCheck, the campanion mobile app, provides a quick and easy way to check your mood.  It is available free from the Apple App Store and Google Play for Android.
