How do I un-enroll if I decided not to take this course right now?

At this point, we do not have a website that allows participants to remove themselves from the course. However, this is a free and open online course, and there is no obligation for you to participate. If the session is not an option for you at this time, simply stop logging in and consider enrolling again when the course is next offered.

I have registered, but my account doesn't appear to be active. What do I do?

Once you have registered, it will take up to 4 or 5 hours for your account to become active. Please note the course start date. The course may not be visible until the start date.

How Do I Log In?

I am registered but I haven't logged in for a while. Where do I go to log in?

I am entering my username and password, but am unable to login. What do I do?

Check your registration confirmation to verify your registration email. You can retrieve your password using this form:

Username and Password

What is my username?

Your username is the email address you submitted when registering for the course. Check your confirmation email to verify which address you used to register.

I forgot my password. How can I get that information?

Use this form each time you need to retrieve your password: Please note: the form will email you a one-time use link. Fill out the form again for subsequent password retrieval.

When I go to the password retrieval site above I don’t see a field to enter my username.

Try a different browser. (Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chrome, etc.)

I am sure that I am using the correct username and password and it still will not accept my login.

Try to re-register. If the deadline has passed for registration you will need to wait for the next course offering.
