An Academic Advisor's Role
- Assists students to ensure academic success.
- Reviews program planning with students.
- Works with students to address academic-related issues.
- Assists students with the application to major at 60 credits
- Assists students with the application to graduate 4 months before graduation.
Your Role in the Learning Process:
- Assume responsibility of your academic journey.
- Review and update your own program plan with your advisor.
- Select your own courses and web register.
- Attend classes and complete all required coursework.
- Contact your advisor/instructor as soon as you have questions or concerns.
- Check your CSS email account regularly.
- Follow college policies.
