OneStop Student Services

What is OneStop?

OneStop Student Services delivers a seamless process to all students, allowing them to self-manage the business of being a student. Students can register for classes, review grades, accept financial aid awards, view and pay bills and much more, all at one convenient location.

The majority of these business transactions can be accomplished electronically at the OneStop page of Cor, the College's portal. The OneStop page is also the first information resource for students seeking answers to Frequently Asked Questions and general information regarding financial aid, registration and student accounts.

OneStop counselors, cross-trained in financial aid, registrar and student accounts, are available to assist students via email at OneStop@css.edu or phone at 1 (877) 287-8716 or (218) 723-6570 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. When necessary, OneStop counselors will connect students with the appropriate specialist to handle more complicated issues. 

We are pleased to announce that OneStop Student Services has expanded its services to students by opening an office on the Duluth campus. Our office is designed to offer privacy for students and families who need to meet with OneStop counselors. Please stop by our office and visit with a counselor or to simply say hi.
