What is a Wellness Ambassador?
Wellness ambassadors play a vital role in supporting the promotion of health and wellness among CSS faculty and staff. As an ambassador, you will act as a liaison between your department and the CSS Faculty and Staff Wellness Program. Your role is to empower not overpower. Keep messages positive and promote health and wellness!
What is the Wellness Ambassador Role?
Wellness ambassadors serve as CSS's key communicators of the wellness program helping to direct employees to wellness programs, activities, and resources. The role is voluntary with minimal time commitment (approximately 1 hour a month).
This page contains materials you will find useful in your role as Wellness Ambassador. Feel free to provide any suggestions or feedback to enhance the program. Please click on the links below to learn more.
When you are thinking about planning an event please review the program planning form and submit to the Wellness Coordinator, Julie Zaruba Fountaine.
If you would like to market your wellness event please submit Marketing Form to the Wellness Coordinator, Julie Zaruba Fountaine.

Wikipedia says that a random act of kindness is: "a selfless act performed by a person or persons wishing to either assist or cheer up an individual... There will generally be no reason other than to make people smile, or be happier." What a better way to build a community of wellness than through acts of kindness. The Acts of Kindness document provides easy and fun ways to brighten someones day.
