Work is proceeding fast on the Health Science Pavilion. In recent days the site's landscaping base was completed, including foundations, retaining walls, storm water system, curbs, and a base layer of roads and parking lots. Today, the first structural steel was put in place. Assembling the building's skeleton will last about four weeks. After the beams are in place, the walls will go up and the hope is to have the building enclosed in six or seven weeks, for interior work to continue over the winter.
