The Burns Wellness Commons provides students, faculty and staff a place to participate in wellness programs.
The opportunities for physical exercise are numerous and varied ranging from running or walking on one of two indoor tracks to aerobic dancing. In addition, Burns Wellness Commons provides programs to relax and stimulate the mind through yoga, tai chi and other disciplines. Guidance is provided for those starting out in a regimen and for those well into their regimen.
