In general, international students accepted at St. Scholastica are responsible for securing the money necessary to attend.
However, the College awards 50 percent tuition scholarships to well-prepared international students who are accepted to the College and have provided financial information demonstrating special need. Students are expected to have a strong academic background with at least a 3.0 (out of 4.0) average. Transfer students are welcome to request scholarship assistance.

In addition, 10 special scholarships are available for students who could not afford an American education without additional financial assistance. To learn more about this opportunity, please contact Ollie Meyer at email@example.com.
Note: Scholarship terms will not be changed once a student arrives on campus.
American students who apply from abroad are not eligible for these special international scholarships but instead should apply for special programs available only to U.S. citizens.
As required by INS (Immigration and Naturalization Services) regulations, international students must demonstrate that they have access to adequate money to pay for their educational expenses. A tuition deposit is required before the issuance of the I-20 form, which is required to secure a visa to enter the United States. The deposit amount varies and therefore the student will need to work closely with the Office of International Admissions to ensure that all requirements are met.
