Scholarships and Finances
50 percent tuition discount for international students with financial need
In general, international students accepted at St. Scholastica are responsible for securing the funds necessary to attend.
However, the College awards 50% tuition scholarships to well-prepared international students who are accepted to the College and have provided financial information demonstrating special need. Students are expected to have a strong academic background with at least a 3.0 (out of 4.0) average. Transfer students are also welcome to request scholarship assistance.

Scholarships also available
In addition, 10 special scholarships are available for students who could not afford an American education without additional financial assistance. Note: Scholarship terms will not be changed once a student arrives on campus.
American students who apply from abroad are not eligible for these special international scholarships but instead should apply for special programs available only to US citizens.
As required by INS (Immigration and Naturalization Services) regulations, international students must demonstrate that they have access to adequate funds to pay for their educational expenses. A tuition deposit is required prior to the issuance of the I-20 form, which is required to secure a visa to enter the United States. The deposit amount varies and therefore the student will need to work closely with the Office of International Admissions to ensure that all requirements are met.
Wasie Scholarships for Polish Students
If you are 100% Polish, you are eligible to apply for a special scholarship offered by the Wasie Foundation. The first step is to apply to The College of St. Scholastica for regular admission - either graduate or undergraduate. Once accepted, you are eligible to apply through the College to the Wasie Foundation for a full scholarship.
