Dear Parent/Student,

In an effort to assist you with budgeting your college expenses, The College of St. Scholastica is pleased to offer an Automatic Payment Plan through Nelnet Business Solutions. This is a convenient, interest-free way to pay your yearly college expenses through a prearranged monthly payment. An annual, non-refundable enrollment fee of $45.00 will be withdrawn from your checking or savings account upon the processing of your application. With this plan, your payments will be processed from your checking or savings account beginning July 5th and will continue for ten months through April 5th.

If you decide to participate in the Automatic Payment Plan, please feel free to use the Budget Estimator to determine the cost of attendance. You can then enroll online at the College of St. Scholastica Student Accounts web site at http://www.css.edu/x4379.xml . The following plans are currently available:

Traditional Students - Designed for students who attend during the traditional fall, spring, and summer semesters.

Extended Studies Students - Designed for students who are attending through the ADEP program.

Non-Enrolled Students - Designed for students who are no longer attending The College of St. Scholastica, and are continuing to pay off a past due balance.

After completing the steps for plan enrollment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail to verify your enrollment in the plan.

You will need to submit your agreement no later than June 23rd in order to take advantage of the maximum number of months. Agreements submitted after this date will result in a reduced number of payments.
