PARKING PERMITSStudents vehicle registration | Faculty/Staff vehicle registration | PARKING WAIVERS All students will automatically be charged for a parking permit at the beginning of the semester. Parking permits will be placed in CSS mailboxes once the online parking application has been completed. Students who will not have a car on campus must complete an online waiver form. Please refer to the parking waiver instructions at the bottom of this page. The cost for a parking permit is $50 per semester. Students will receive a charge on their student account for the parking permit each semester. All student vehicles parked on campus between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. are required to have a valid 2008-09 student parking permit displayed on the rearview mirror so the permit is clearly visible through the windshield with the permit number facing outward. Parking permits are required from the first day of classes until the last day of classes each semester. The fee paid is a registration fee and not a guarantee of a parking space. If your permit is lost or stolen, you can purchase a new permit from the Business Office during regular business hours. Permits cost $50 and can be purchased by cash, check or credit card. Please report lost or stolen permits to the safety and security manager as soon as possible, a temporary permit will be issued for 48 hours. Log into BANNER WEB, select the Personal Information Tab, and then choose Authorizations/Waiver Form/Parking Permit. Select Apply for 2008-09 Parking Permit or Waive the Permit Fee. Complete the entire application and submit when finished. The cost for a parking permit is $100.00 per academic year. All employees will pay for the permit through a payroll deduction. The deduction will be spread over 16 pay periods starting with the September 19, 2008 paycheck and continuing through the April 17, 2009 paycheck.

Permits can be transferred between the vehicles registered. Employees are required to purchase only one permit to transfer between registered vehicles. Additional permits may be purchased by cash, check or credit card in the Business Office for $100 per permit per academic year.
If you had a parking permit last academic year, you only need to fill out the parking application to trigger your permit being mailed to your home address. After submitting the application, please fill out the payroll deduction authorization which is located under the Employee Services tab in BANNER WEB. Permits will be mailed to your home address after registration is complete. PARKING WAIVERSAt the beginning of each semester, all full-time students are automatically billed for a 2008/09 academic year parking permit. If a student does not plan to bring a vehicle on campus, he/she should make certain they complete the Parking Permit Fee Waiver through Banner Web. Once you are logged into Banner Web, go to Personal Information, Authorizations/Waiver Form/Parking Permit, choose Apply for 2008-09 Parking Permit or Waive the Permit Fee and choose NO to question #1. Select Survey Complete. If you do not have access to the Internet from home or a public library, you can waive the parking application charge by using a computer on campus prior to the deadline. The online parking application waiver must be completed by September 29th in order for the charge to be removed from your student account. If you had a parking permit during the 2007-08 academic year but do not want one for the 2008-09 academic year, please fill out the online waiver form located at BANNER WEB, Personal Information, Authorizations/Waiver Form/Parking Permit,choose Apply for 2008-09 Parking Permit or Waive the Permit Fee. Choose NO to question #1. Select Survey Complete. If you do not have access to the Internet from home or a public library, you can waive the parking application charge by using a computer on campus prior to the deadline.
