M y name is Jeanne Thompson, and I am an alum of the College, a member of the Institutional Advancement office, and a Saints parent. My daughter Amanda is a 2006 graduate, and son Luke is a junior this year.

It is because of this connection I have with St. Scholastica that I fully understand how vital the role our parents play in the lives of our students. The need for a strong partnership in our communication and outreach efforts with our parent community is vital. After all, we have a common goal - student success!

I have recently been charged with establishing a St. Scholastica Parents Advisory Group. This group will consist of current parents interested in and dedicated to advising the College in our communication efforts, career-internship-community service efforts, fundraising efforts, as well as increasing participation in parent and family activities.
