The Center offers a unique type of consulting service designed around Edgar Schein's Process Consultation approach. The unique element of this type of consulting focuses on using its internal resources to bring about controlled change to improve its services and/or products.

Experienced faculty and consultants have worked with clients to help them identify their needs and, then, structure ideas and plans to address these needs. Instead of being an 'outside expert', the Process Consultant works to allow the client realize, and thereby take ownership of, its solutions.
